Well votes are in and although we only had 1 vote on here the Tru Sims FB page had a good response!

As you can see we have a tie!!  And because I'm sooo good to y'all I'm going to do both the Acrobat and Architect careers side by side (sort of).  So you may not get chapters as quick (nothing new there though eh!!)  but you will have 2 careers to follow!

We had a little vote on FB for the stars of the stories and here they are:

A Life Series - Time to vote!

 

Well as you may have seen I gave had to end the Ghosthunter story in the A Life as it seems to have corrupted in the transfer to the new PC.  At least Pyotr reached his goal and completed the Ghosthunter career so it was only the extra goal that we didn't make.

 

Although it is always sad to say goodbye to each of these little sections it does mean that we get to follow another victim through a new career!!

 

So time to vote!  I also have a poll up on FB and will compile the results from that one and the one on here to determine the career we will be doing next!

 

 

Just to refresh you on the idea behind the A Life series, the rules are for a Sim to reach level 10 of the selected career with no cheats and using the Normal life span setting with aging on (so no taking 10 years to reach the top of the career!!).  So that's no money cheats, no dragging friends bars, no dragging those need bars up to green, no book of talent and no buy debug!!

Still here!

Nope I haven't fallen off the edge of the planet ;)

I've upgraded my PC and now have a fully functioning Sims game (yay!) it appears the combination of my pc graphics and some heavy CC usage (my DcCache was over 6GB! o_O).  So I am thoroughly enjoying sim land at the moment.

I have been sidetracked from Tillie, Pyotr, Keeva and Argus by the lovely Aurora Skies.

I will get back to the stories soon I'm just having a play first ;)  It is so nice to be able to enjoy the game again!!

Here are a few shots of my Aurora Skies gameplay.  The sims you see are Destiny and Jarrod who I created just for playing with this new world.  If you would like me to upload them (or Chiquita & Ferby from the valentine and Mardi Gras shoots) just give me a shout!!
